Working closely with our customers we have been able to create systems that allow companies to develop their businesses and boost productivity.
Internet Based Systems
Is a multi-user internet based system for the estate agency industry. The system allows the estate agency to create a 'network' of formal referral agreements with solicitors, hip providers and surveyor firms with the ability to expand into other business areas.
The system builds an environment for the estate agent to generate an income from the business opportunities they present to their network members. All of these opportunities are tracked via the system and on the completion of business all relevant invoices are automatically generated for both the estate agent and the network member. The estate agency can even use askWill notification system to track commission payments to individual staff members (system users) .
Each branch has the ability to use local services and referral fees (if required by the agency) are set individually between the branch and network member.
The system can be branded for each estate agency firm using the companies own logo and colour schemes providing a standard look across all branches.
In addition, to the estate agency side of askWill each of the different types of 'network member' have their own system which allows them to interact with the estate agent. This allows the network members to update the estate agency (via the system) with the progress of each and every referral. In the case of the Solicitor's system, this includes a pricing matrix for the generation of on-line real time quotes for conveyancing based on information provided via the estate agent.
Other features of askWill include the ability to add the askWill on-line quoting engine to an estate agency's own web page. These referrals are marked as being generated by the special 'website' user to allow tracking of business created via the estate agency website.
Is a system designed to centralise and reduce the administration required to use temporary staff.
Primarily written for the haulage industry; each tempBase client has the ability to look in one place for all their temporary staff, assess the hours worked by each driver, sign off or query hours. The client can then automatically raise all the required invoices for each of their drivers and have them distributed to each of the staffing companies that have actually provided the staff.
Each of the participating staffing agencies has the ability to add new potential candidates to the system and edit details of an individual pricing structure for the candidate. The pricing structure is based on multiple elements including skills possessed/required, regular hours, overtime hours, etc.
Desktop Systems
This system was written to aid all aspects of a surveyors organisation.
It was written with the ability to operate over a low bandwidth VPN to allow working surveyors to interact with the live system from any location to ensure maximum efficiency.
The surveyors office system was written using visual basic and utilising Microsoft database server for data storage.
Some of the systems key features are as follows:
- Capture of client information
- Record the progress of each survey via milestones
- Storage of referring companied details
- Tracking facility of referred clients
- Automated creation of referral payment letter(s)
- Creation of standard supporting documentation (via integration with MSOffice)
- Tasking diary between system users
- Allocation of staff via an appointment diary
Written using Visual Basic (.NET) and a Microsoft database, the SDMT was written to provide administration assistance for a company wishing to manage third party services for estate agents. Acting as a central point between service providers and estate agents that require help in the management of those services. The system is completely configurable and can suit any model as described above.
Service providers are set up with contact details and 'job types' indicating the services they will provide and what charge they require for this work.
Referring businesses (estate agents in this case) and their staff are set up on the system, the business is then configured with a commission structure for each of the services provided (already configured on the system).
Each client that is referred is added to the SDMT, and is marked as belonging to the referring agent. Then multiple 'jobs', information, documents, standard letters, emails, faxes (generated via the SMDT) and diary actions are added to the client's record. Actions that are attached to the client can be assigned to an SDMT operator, and can be viewed in the users own action diary.
The system provides multiple reporting on the stored data including several automated invoicing/commission payment reports, operation monitoring and exception reporting.
The SDMT is a large and somewhat complex system, the above only provides a quick overview. Please 'contact us' if you would like more information on the SDMT, any of the other products or any systems that you are thinking of building. We would be excited to help you achieve your next system.
